I think much like us, they’ll have growing pains. This is a step up in competition. Also you can discount the travel. I understand they traveled a little before, but they also had away games in Florida. That’s not happening anymore.Im thinkin UCFacts,
I like the new gets for the Big12 TBH, I think the conference is gonna be fun to watch unfold this year and moving forward.
I just don’t think we’ll finish behind every newbie. Mostly for the reasons I have above. BYU and Houston travel probably didn’t get worse and if it did it’s not by much. But Cincy and UCFs most certainly did. They all might have the talent but doing it week in and week out is the biggest challenge.I can see it happening TBH, If Brown loses big to Penn State ( very good chance ) then drops the Brawl, the natives are going to be out for blood. Then its Texas Tech, TCU, OSU, UH (Holgs)...
Brown might be gone before Halloween if the pieces fall into place and that may well send WVU into a bad bad tailspin. It may NOT happen but I could see WVU havin a rough season with their schedule.
For Brown, he absolutely needs to beat Pitt. No one is expecting to at PSU, but beating Pitt is the first priority. If he beats Pitt and gets to 6 wins, he’s likely safe.
