Big 12 thread

Big 12 officiating didn't have too good a day last week. This game was awful. And they screwed up the end of the OU game by not giving Baylor a 15 yard penalty when the field was stormed prior to the end of the game.
I know what you mean. The refs let Deuce Vaughn and KState run all over us. Ohh wait, that was our defense, never mind.

So, I was out on a road trip all day. Just got back. Anything happen today?

Is gameday going to be there this weekend?

Big XII talking about how they wanna form divisions with Oklahoma and Texas for when the new schools join. a couple years of overlap before they jump to the SEC.

UT and ou won't be here when that happens. If anything, LR leaving ou with their dicks in hand has rejuvenated the program. They'll be hitting pawnshops and coming up with their portion of the exit fee

they are guessing at 23 and 24 having 14 teams and 2 divisions before the move in 25

yeah they aren't waiting til '25 to leave. CBS is going to leave it's contract atleast a year early

still better to plan for it and not need it rather than need it and not have a plan.
likely will split the 2 up and then use those divisions sans OU and TX anyway

One thing's for sure, the SEC and ESPN made damn sure your asses will be there in 2025 with the new exit fee.

No backing out last minute.

lol no one is backing out, and the whole exit fee being introduced is to guarantee ESPN that it's investment (it's a lot of money) is protected.

But I'm all for the narrative that TEXAS is already causing waves and rubbing the koo-ba-yaa SEC schools the wrong way..

Easy to say when you CAN'T, homie.

The SEC and ESPN knew there's a pattern of tejas negotiating with two fingers crossed behind their back.

The funniest part was the Big 12 incorporating in Delaware as opposed to incorporating in Irving, Texas.

That's the first card tejas tried to play when they tried to get out of the Big 12 media rights penalty. A Delaware judge would slap them fucking silly.

you guys dumping that shit longhorn network for this?

When this whole thing started we were told that 'tejas would pay a minimum penalty' and that they'd force the Big 12 to "take what they can get". Literally pennies on the dollar.

How'd that work out? LOL
