Big Ten Basketball

Man Iowa couldn't shoot for shit tonight

D played well though

But not going to beat a God team with Sanddort and Dix going 1/17 on 3s

Rutgers getting walloped by Kennesaw State, not sure why they decided to schedule a road game.

Homecoming game for Ace Bailey would be my guess. He's from the area. Rutgers hasn't looked great despite being undefeated. Getting run out of the gym against Kennesaw is a whole nother thing though.

Rutgers drops it to Kennesaw State. It's on the road so won't be a Q4 (most likely) but still a bad loss. Outside of Bama, not a lot left in the OOC schedule to make a dent. All their other games are against teams that have struggled more than anticipated (ND, Seton Hall and Princeton).

I know Bailey is from the area and likely the reason why

But that's batshit scheduling and a stupid reason.

Basically has zero chance to be a Q2 game. So there wasnt even a benefit to the resume had they actually won.

I agree it's dumb scheduling but if it helped in landing him and possibly future top recruits, from that perspective it makes sense. No doubt it's a bad loss though. But, with how Rutgers has been playing, I'm not sure they'll be close enough to the bubble to have this mean much.

Mike Woodson has to be the worst coach in the sport

Hes like stuck in a time warp where he's like 30 years behind how basketball is actually played now

Indiana completely quit in the second half too

Yeah most of that roster is there for the check.

Ballo doesn't leave Zona for Indiana if his priority was winning and/or a coach like Tommy Lloyd thought his skillset was vital to winning

Not sure how good Xavier really is (Kenpom isn't a huge fan, granted we're talking about November ratings), but a rather convincing win tonight. The May era is off to a fun start.

Brutal collapse for OSU on their home court

Wisconsin opens its conference schedule tonight hosting Michigan. Time to get that SOS number heading in the right direction tion.

Well blowing a 20 pt home lead and losing the opener is pretty Iowa

So there's that

Harding chokes a shot to tie it at the line

Or you guys hit a 3 at the buzzer. Lol.

Nevermind!! Thank you Josh Dix! That was awesome!

thanks babe

Looks like the Jake Diebler experiment is gonna be short lived. This is the same Holtmann type BS where the team suffers one bad loss (the choke job vs Pitt on Friday) and then just goes into a total tail spin. Just looks like a team that has given up already getting ran off the floor by Maryland tonight
