Big Ten Basketball

12 turnovers at half and losing 50-17 to a average Maryland team. U G L Y. Holtmann created a environment where the whole program is mentally fragile even in his absence. We need someone in no way tied to him to turn things around.

Gophs trail basically wire to wire. Apathy has set in big time.

I did not love the Diebler hire.

Nice bounce back win today I guess.

I'm not ready to say that Diebler isn't the guy or even the problem.

But I will say Diebler and Terry at Texas(they had no choice to fire) are solid examples of why firing mid season is pretty pointless if not dumb.

Just opens the door for the random ass interm to see things go solid and pressure build to lock them up rather than doing a normal coaching search when you can your coach post season.

Also, Rutgers with 2 top 5 nba guys and they suck

Have you watched them?

The rest of that roster is anywhere from Ok to wtf are they doing on a high major. Its crazy.

Besides Williams and of course the lottery boys. I don't know if another guy on that team would crack the gophers scout team.

Just today's, yea they're not good.

I think im starting to like this a Iowa team

Not as good as some of the previous years teams but they have heart and don't quit

Nearly pulled off the road W today and probably would've if they can figure out how to shoot FTs

Was a good shot at a Q1 but overall they're better than i thought they'd be this year and Perkins and McCaffrey left

I liked a lot of what I saw out of Dix last year so not surprised he's still looking legit. Which I think it is huge for them

Sandfort I think is overrated for what he's billed as(pretty proven meh shooter/scorer) but a lot better at the all around stuff thank I think causuals give him credit for.

I like Freeman a lot.

I haven't watched Iowa a ton yet this year. But I always thought the PG, Perkins I think? Was overrated as fuck and usually a hindrance. Do you like Harding more in that backcourt now?

Harding and Thelwell have both been pretty solid all year for us at PG

If we can avoid the bad losses i think we will get in the tourney. The Wazzu win keeps getting better and the 2 losses are both to tourney teams in close games

Bamba picking a bad day to have his worst game as a Duck

Ridiculous goaltend reversal late in ORE - UCLA

Pretty huge win for UCLA. They had nothing on their resume. Had Oregon won, they would have had by far the best resume, and an early track to the #1 overall seed.

Yeah, UCLA found a way to hit buckets and get rebounds midway through the 2nd half and Oregon couldn't. UCLA almost choked it, but clutch 3 (almost) at the buzzer.

"Can the Gophers get a BIG 10 win watch will be a fun thing entering the new year"
