Big Ten Basketball

Early candidate for weirdest resume. Losses to Austin Peay and NDSU, wins over SMU, NW and Miss St.

That loss rattled me so bad, I posted in the Big 10 page

What a joke

Big missed opportunity for the Hawks

Led 37 minutes and couldn't hold on

Couple huge missed calls late resulted in 6 ISU pts and Iowa kind of melted the last 3

Overall still happy with how they played

Iowa def got boned on two no calls/missed calls that were crucial

But that's a loss they may regret all the way to March 16th. Really let it slip away and could hit water if they fell out of a boat the final like 8 min

Bracketing principles are going to have to be broken to accommodate all these SEC teams. Very legit chance they have 8 teams on the 1-4 lines.

Yeah I think a SEC vs the field bet for national champion should be the heavy favorite. Even with the principles having to potentially be broken some. The SEC has 4-5 bonafide top 10 teams and those teams will all be in opposite brackets.

So they will have a legit title contender in every region haha.

Yeah, I can see them having two 1's and two 2's, if not three 1's. It's just so ridiculously top heavy and deep throughout. I'd argue if a team went 7-11 in conference (excluding South Carolina and Texas), that those type of teams should be in.

Yup this would definitely be a year where a 7-11 conference team would be fine to let in from the SEC

I think I saw they have won 67 games in a row as a conference?!?!

uconn beat texas recently

duke beat auburn recently

Ohio State is terrible Auburn could have beat them by 50 today.

Looks like another season of needing to defend your home court if you want to make the tourney.

UCLA (2-0) W @ Oregon
Michigan (2-0) W @ Wisconsin
Mich St (2-0) W @ Minnesota

Of the 12 teams that are (1-1), only two (Oregon and USC) won their road game.
However, they were the only 2 teams to have lost their home games.

Penn St Lost @ Rutgers
Maryland Lost @ Purdue
Purdue Lost @ Penn St
Rutgers Lost @ Ohio St
Ohio St Lost @ Maryland
Iowa Lost @ Michigan
Oregon Won @ USC
Nebraska Lost @ Mich St.
Northwestern Lost @ Iowa
Illinois Lost @ Northwestern
Indiana Lost @ Nebraska
USC Won @ Washington

Road wins are gonna be hard to come by.

Michigan shooting 15% from 3 while OU is shooting 50% from 3 and they lead by 7. Not a great outlook for OU. This could get a little ugly in the 2nd half.

What a horrendous loss in regulation by Michigan.
