Big Ten Basketball

Yeesh

I feel like getting this game back can only hurt.

I mean it can only hurt us, since we'll probably lose, but if this team is tournament worthy they need to win that.

The path is pretty easy to get to the tournament at this point. Sweep NW and Nebraska, split PSU and Rutgers, lose to Illinois, probably does it.

Yeah that would do it. But I think Nebraska is kinda irrelevent in that equation. I guess only beating PSU and NW(if Nebraska didnt get made up) would make things more dire tho.

No chance we lose to Nebraska though

Iowas game at Michigan has been moved to next Thursday 2/25 to allow for Nebraska at Iowa to be played on 3/4

Monster week for Iowas seeding next week with

Vs PSU
At Michigan
At OSU

Gotta find a way to get 2 out of 3

Indiana - 2016
Michigan - 2014
Ohio State - 2012
Illinois - 2005
Minnesota - 1997
Rutgers - 1991 (A10)

Northwestern - 1933 (Western Conference)

Killer loss for IU

So MSU has

2 with Michigan
1 with Illinois
1 with OSU
1 with Maryland

Does 3-2 get them in ? They'd be 14-11 with a NET probably in the 50s or high 40s. Obviously I dobt see them going 3-2 but would that be enough ?

Id say they probably gotta avoid a 1 and done BIG tourney appearance with it.

Only a Pitino coached team can have a offensively philosophy that ignores offensive rebounds(presumably to get back on D) and still find themselves in a track meet with an elite offensive team.

This is embarrassingly bad. Ayo shredded any ounce of Carr's dignity on that late transition drive.

Liam Robbins literally cannot move. He clearly aggravated his injury at the end of the first half.

Dipshit Rich starts him in the second half. Not only is he blatantly disregarding a kids health. But Illinois ran around him 5 possessions in a row.

Grounds to never coach another game imo

Holy shit

Intensity
Defense
Ball movement
Executing on offense

all of the above this is kinda scary right cheer in a tough place to play of all places

And FFS this team is just nasty on the road. Next 4 out of 5 on the road after Minny

killers since last year

Tough day for bubble teams in the BIG

No disrespect to Garza

But give me Ayo all day, every day. Don't care the team.

Hes the best player in this league

Like Mashburn Jr a lot. Did Minny just start letting a few fans watch or is it just parents ?

hes a fuckin assassin. Dude just got locked in here the last 10 days. Hope he can sustain it

He had a 9:0 assist to TO ratio going until garbage time here where he made a couple lazy entry passes. Hes so controlled.

And just elite in transition. Basically free points.

this is the best I’ve seen them play. Intensity is off the chart today. I love it

Hope to God Ayo can sustain being locked in like this. I don’t expect it because the dude is like 20-21 but man...

Ayo gets a rebound to get a triple double and then calls a timeout :L

Not sure I like that

The Frazier half court shot before halftime was all
