Yea it doesnt seem like it should be that low. Looks like 2 bad losses really kill them.

I don't think we can put much stock into this season. Ben built roster on fly with low level transfers.

Worst case scenario, they finish one spot lower than they did last year

I'm optimstic about what i've seen from coaching staff so far. We have some good recruits signed and still room to add some impact transfers for next season.

If season 3 of Ben era we still look like this, I'll be worried

Get completely waxed by Nebraska is not good though.

This gopher team does not have Big10 athletes. We all know that. Nebraska way more athletic. But now lots of slop too.

I think Ben will be good. Its hard to judge one way or the other right now though. Roster sucks and we started really solid but with veteran guys its expected that the team will be sound fundamentally. As the games have went on though, talent wise nothing has improved.

We need a few more horses bad. Battle cannot be your best player. Dude is streaky as shit. And does basically nothing else other than shoot. Will be a great piece if he becomes the 3rd option

oh no doubt, it was disappointing, but I'm not going to sweat it this year. It was a roster rebuilt on the fly and I liked approach by ben, get one year transfers and don't tie up scholarships long term.

Battle is a nice piece, Thompson looks like he can have a roll. We're bringing in some ranked kids, get fox/illhen back from injury.

Roddy is killing it for CSU, I think Ben will identify and keep kids like that home in future.

Thompson needs to add like 30 lbs and learn how to play D. But i love his offensive potential with his versatility. Ihnen is mostly a warm body. We will see on Fox.

Payne should be really nice. The others potential. Need a PG bad. Roddy would be nice. Maybe take a flier on Walton. Wouldnt touch Garcia with a 100 foot pole

I'm not expecting much out of Fox/Illhen, but Fox should give us some desperatley needed rebounding and Illhen has some versatility

I don't see Roddy transferring, just saying, I think had Ben been here when he was HS SR, Roddy would be in MN. Don't think Pitino even offered him and I expect Ben to get kids like him to stay. I don't expect Ben to get the Chet Holmgrens/Suggs/Jones.

If walton wants to come back to MN, you take him. Agreed on Garcia and needing to find a PG

Ben has to find a way to land Chatman. Will be tough but that would change things fast for the future of the program.
