It was November, the digital token had just notched new all-time highs and El Salvador was at the very beginning of its experiment as the world’s first nation to use the cryptocurrency as legal tender.

It's not even good trolling. All he did was copied and pasted a hit piece that said Bukele was fucking the countries economy up by buying Bitcoin. Now that it's up 122% he's saying El Salvador's 1 BTC a day is "keeping Bitcoin afloat."
