Imagine no one wanting to take a job where if you don’t win a natty it’s your fault, if you don’t call the plays Saban wants you will get your ass chewed on the sidelines and you are forbidden to talk to the press.

We've affectionately called him "3rd and Grantham" since he was at UGA, Louisville, and UF. The dude can't get his teams off the field on 3rd down. It wasn't hilarious when he was here, but we laughed long and hard when he was at Louisville and UF.

See, I think Dooley is a decent enough offensive mind to be an effective OC, especially with the talent he’ll have to work with.

Grantham has a long history of being an ineffective DC, and has a reputation of being one of the laziest recruiters out there.
