Long term career move to stay at Washington where he's got his scheme and pieces in place.
At #1 in Passing Offense, #2 in Total Offense, and #7 in Scoring Offense, he maybe gets a G5 or even P5 HC opportunity after next season if his offense puts up similar #s.

Bama would be starting anew, and potentially not a lot of job security at Bama if Saban retires soon.

Then he is probably gone. If he doesn't and Alabama goes 0 for 2 then that is a really bad look and no way Saban lets that happen if he can help it.
