I think Jessie Palmer analysis could have been correct, I wonder if Navy has not been doing full contact or full speed the entire time. I do not remember Navy being this bad looking in the past 20 years. They aren't ready to play. Army looked WWWWAAAAAAYYYYYY better than this in their own boat race.

They've quoted Navy coach saying they were been careful and haven't been doing full contact, it definitely shows
