Weird for a Kelly team to show up flat and play down to the competition, isn't it?
 
ND's time management was shit on that last series and they burned 2 timeouts they didn't have to. Didn't matter in this case but that's inexcusable at this level.
 
Defense looked good after the first couple drives (for the most part) and that follows the script from last season. Offense looks like we seriously lack playmakers. Which I think we all knew, but didnt expect to be an issue against Duke. So that’s really discouraging.
 
Also, who’s that freshman WR? Jefferson? What happened to him?

I think we have them. We just don’t have the right ones playing. Keep Williams, but get Tyree more touches. Wilkens looks better then Skweonek. Mayer looks better than Tremble. Tremble is just a different kind of TE anyway.

But think about it, not using Jefferson. This is so frustrating to me, even with Lenzy. @jjc2009 Not using his speed more is criminal. ND is playing right into their hands. They are stacking the box, Nd is not taking any shots downfield.
