Probably MLBwho owns the trademark?
Disney or MLB?
do they own the Guardians logo too?Probably MLB
The logo and name is some gay low A ball shit. Whoever came up with this idea needs a lobotomy
you know there are Guardians of the Galaxy movies too, right? They can claim it's after a bridge statue or whatever, but in history, given the Avengers were so popular at the time of the name change, I am sure the Cleveland Guardians will be remembered by many that they changed it to the Guardians due to the popularity of the Avengers films during the time frame.
I know it's not true, but I've always associated the Angels to Angels In The Outfield. The Angels had the name long before the movie, but when I think the of the Angels, I think of the movie and that time period of their franchise.
