He said something stupid? I heard it was because he was recorded while saying the N word. The man performing at the upcoming superbowl halftime show did the same thing, and was rewarded with fame, riches, and love.

What's different about these two individuals?

One is white and one is black

I also wish they would quit using the word in music but it is what it is.

I also think its stupid if he said it when he was 18 to be bringing it up now though. Kids are dumb. News at 11

I know it's treated differently, as this story indicates. Racists favor one race over others, and you are calling me a racist because I don't agree with that favoritism? Maybe you need to rethink your label and spend some time in self reflection.

The word needs to go. And it's a damn shame that there is some great music that constantly drops the N bomb. Why does society continue to accept it?

Sorry I saw the gator and the words and it sounded like juice. I'm simply explaining that the N word is different coming from a white guy and a black guy. Everyone knows this, or should.
 
I read earlier today his sales are up like 300% er some shit.

Yep. Just saw this too. He was pulled from major radio networks, Spotify top lists, etc....and he is up 300%+.

Article I read (not a reputable source, it was in a Facebook feed) flat out called it disgusting.

And that’s just it....many that will see this will think all the racists are supporting him. That’s not fact. It’s has to be many people just SICK of cancel culture that are propping up his sales.

I’m not sure why more don’t realize this. It’s just lazy to say it’s “just racists”
