Covid Made Me Fat

The only real exercise "resource" I lost from covid was being able to play hockey. The guys were still having skates throughout, but I wasn't going to be a fucking muppet tard and get covid from doing something unnecessary.
but you aren't everyone.

you can't take your experience and say "everyone else should do what I did!"

I agree. It's a poor excuse.

but what about the people who don't normally gym but have kept in shape?

not everyone is a gym rat.
How did they keep in shape before? I know things were a little weird in NYC and California, but you can still go outside.

I really don't know.

and it might come down to a change in diet or something.

I put on about 25. Had 4 college kids living with me off and on for about 4 months of the COVID and they couldn’t go out so my house was a party. Alcohol, pizza and burgers will put it on fast. Had a lot of fun though.

I’ve gotten about 18 of it off since middle of Jan and working on the rest. My net is about 5 to 8 gain right now.

I’ll lose it.
