So Florida is in the sights of another tropical depression that is supposed to become a major Hurricane before it gets there. Interesting / weird thing with this one is it did not originate in the Atlantic.

The storm is forecast to make landfall in Florida late Wednesday night as a "dangerous major hurricane," according to the National Hurricane Center.

They're starting to say that it may become a Cat 2-Cat 3 by Florida landfall.
Fortunately, it's looking like it won't continue directly inland to mainland areas outside of Florida and GA/SC coastline. But Florida gonna get ZAPPED once again!

Storm surge should start building up on Wednesday before likely peaking Wednesday night into early Thursday. Low tide on much of the west coast of Florida is Wednesday afternoon and high tide is Thursday morning.
