Basically, there are 4 SEC teams (all from the western division which is crazy) plus Oklahoma and Texas who will be joining by 2025. If Tennesee had won as they were supposed to (however I'm gleeful they didn't because the whole team is a bunch of assholes) there literally would be 7 out of 8 teams that were SEC or future SEC in the tournament.

That's crazy.

Do you always miss the entire point of everything?
I don’t miss anything. I’m bringing up a point of discussion on a discussion forum. God you’re dumb.

Your point = Dunce Point

The real point is that not one of the highest favored teams made it.

A&M made the list and made it to Omaha, doofus.
You could have substituted Auburn, Notre Dame, or Arkansas for A&M in your dumbass post.

It would have made far more sense if you'd asked...
"How did Oklahoma, Ole Miss, and Stanford make it to Omaha without being favored?"

A&M has been shit on all season. We were picked to finish second to last in our division.

Then they shouldn't have been favored to get to Omaha at all.

It's also stiff SEC competition.

Baseball is about peaks and valleys. Teams that peak in late May/early June get to Omaha.

Seems Childress left plenty of talent in the cupboard for a better coach to take over.
I say that and I like Childress. He played a big roll in getting Nebraska to the CWS in the early 2000's.
I was not a happy camper when Anderson got the HC job over Childress when Van Horn left for Arkansas.

Can we have this thread be mostly free from arguments that go on for pages that nobody else cares about just as a common courtesy?
