He'd be a super bowl participant if on the right team. He's the best QB on a shitty team.

wonder if a team like the Ravens would have used potentially signing him as leverage against Lamar.

The teams I think might have had him in for a legit contract chat (since it would have been pre-draft):

Atlanta
Washington
Tampa
Colts
Lions

I think the redskins are the only team that might have screwed around and tried to "steal" him by offering too much. Still don't think it would be $40m per.
