The only reason the GOR talk has settled down is the attorney's are realizing that you can't break them and the buyout is too large to consider it. At the end of the day FSU has known this and I suspect that most of their airing of grievances was negotiating tactics to get a better deal until they can leave.

Problem is they are considered so toxic I'm not sure anyone has interest anymore.
