been arrested twice pled nolo contendre for drinking underage when i was 20.. at 21 I was arrested for disobeying a law enforcement officer which was a 3rd degree felony at the time.. but i beat that in court when I showed up with pictures of the cops not wearing their badges like they claimed they were in plain clothes.. back in 89 or 90.. they told the judge they identified themselves and had their badges hanging around their necks... they did neither and the one cop tried reaching in my car and almost got drug down daytona Beach..

No, you have to leave the industry if you try to pull shit these days. I don't even joke about it. That's FINRA anyway, not FBI.

It's back from when the shit happened which I wrote a book about. At the time, I didn't realize the retired cop staying at my house had been surveilled by the FBI for over a decade and was about to go down. He was here to handle the estate of a client who died - and happened to be one of the best jewel thieves in history. My phones were tapped for over a year and a lot was going on.

Then, I played tennis with the guy in the local FBI office and he got me to be a professional witness on two things...for money. So, that goes into the file.

I had another client who took the ride to the Federal country club, too. I'm sure they gave me a good look that time as well but never called about it.

I don't feel like doing it, but my next book is about working with the DEA to bust a cluster of MFers in Cayman who were ripping off vulnerable and rich American women. They should not of fucked with my friend. That deal got hairy AF.

It worked out great. Then, only a few weeks later the woman's POS son had her declared incompetent to steal all her assets. She died alone and heartbroken not long after in a skeezy nursing home. Elder abuse by family is the worst of all.
