WV is absolutely required viewing. This movie could just as easily be called “WandaVision 2” as “Dr Strange 2”.
What Else… is not REQUIRED viewing, but will add to some understanding of what is going on with Strange’s motivations.
There are some lite references to MoonKnight as well. MK is not required viewing for this by any stretch of the imagination, but it will lead to a couple “ahhhh” moments.
