He started talking about how that band was making bank because a song of theirs was used in a national commercial. I know someone who is in a band that has had multiple songs used in national commercials and I know it doesn't generate bank (unless you're a major star already). I told him that and he said I made it up to one up him because I'm insecure.

maybe slightly, but normal milk/cheese consumption doesn't bother me. Whey protein just never sits well. Switched to plant protein a couple years ago. And I get enough animal proteins through normal food consumption for a decent mix.

A friend of mine who's a trainer suggested it. He said other protein powders mess his stomach up and he thought these two products were the "cleanest" he'd found. I'm getting about 42 grams from them in my morning fruit shake.

Speaking of fads, how's your gluten-free shit going, Flav?
