$48 million not bad compared to $70+ million for McGuire.

Grealish signs for too much at Man City. Is Grealish really worth that much? Pep and his 11 midfielders. All and well in most games but seems in big games no striker costs them.
Also looks like Lukaku at Chelsea. Over 100 mil. Not sure about this since he is 28 and took awhile to get his form. Chelsea sells him for 39 mil and buys him back for over 100 mil and probably on the backend will get zero for him. What happens to Mason Mount?
But who cares, the sheik and the oligarch can do what they want I guess these days. Sad for other EPL teams. It is joke.
At over 100 mil, you sell! Astin Villa already reaping some rewards from Grealish sale. They have turned 1 player into 3 including Leon Bailey who some of us who follow the Bundesliga really like. Grealish is not a finish product. Nice offensive skills, and saved Villa's ass two years ago, but lacks defensive skill. Lukako only became great under Conte, he liked the Conte discipline, but took him a long time to get there at 28 now. EPL is a tough league, could revert back to underachiever. I would sell Kane too. Great striker, but injury prone, and right now is the time you can get the max for him.WAY too much money for Grealish or Lukaku imo. Incredible deals for the selling clubs.
I don't know where Grealish fits in for City. I'm guessing Mount will be fine for Chelsea. They will try to get rid of Abraham though.
I'm hoping Spurs are able to sell Kane for big money too this summer. Would love to sign on Vlahovic from Fiorentina as a replacement.

Villa basically said they put a price they didn't think anyone would pay, but City did, so yeah, cash in and put that back into 2-3 other players. At over 100 mil, you sell! I think Villa wanted 85 mil, but city was willing to pay 100+. City is not paying all this. I think got 11 mil for ManU signing Sancho. A lot of the teams sell young players knowing they might become great and add a percentage of a future sale into the contract. City is good at that. Foden wanted to stay, but Sancho wanted to go. So in reality ManU paid 11 mil of the Grealish deal.Villa basically said they put a price they didn't think anyone would pay, but City did, so yeah, cash in and put that back into 2-3 other players.
And no, IMO Graelish isn't worth anywhere near that much.
With Van Dyke back, and Josh Sargent shanks.....no!My bold prediction of the weekend
Norwich come away with points vs Liverpool
Bold Prediction: Kane doesn't suit up for the match vs City on sunday.
We're good on midfielders, we need forwards. Now if you wanna give us Lewy at a cut rate price I'm all ears.Arsenal and Man U and West Ham, make it happen so we can sign Sabitzer. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As Bayern Munich pursues Marcel Sabitzer, Juventus, Arsenal, Manchester United, and West Ham United show interest in Corentin Tolisso
Could Bayern Munich be looking to offload Corentin Tolisso at a cut-rate price to fund a move for Marcel Sabitzer?www.bavarianfootballworks.com
He's done well so far, but it won't be long until the real underperforming Tuchel shows up.Lukaku 115 mil to Chelsea. Rich get richer. Who other than Chelsea, Man City could win UCL this year? I hope someone else. Doesn't matter who, just someone else.
