EPL 2022/2023

So in consecutive games with the chance to jump to 3rd in the league Spurs have:

- Blown a 1-3 lead after 75min to last place Southampton
- Blown a 0-1 lead after 90min to relegation zone Everton

Turned 6 points into 2. A nice cherry on top is Everton was down to 10 men for 30 min in the 2nd half and it actually looked like Spurs were the side at a disadvantage. They should re-hire Conte just so he can rip them post game again.

Anybody who owns part of the Los Angeles Dodgers, I am all for seeing fail. Boehly owns 20%. Seems he is doing the same with Chelsea that he does with the Dodgers, outbid everyone, although the Dodgers have always had a good farm system.
 
Sirius talked about this a few days ago. But who hasn't failed at Chelsea recently. Havertz? Werner? Sterling? Mount? Pulisic? Lukaku? Arsenal model has worked great so far. Don't give up on a coach or plan too quick.

I was looking at the schedules. Not ideal for Liverpool. Man U probably has the easiest of the teams bunched up. Spurs and Newcastle about the same as Liverpool but slightly easier. Brighton and Fulham and Brentford games mixed in too which will be tricky for some of them.

Ohh yeah, I mean at this point given how bad we are on the road it should be a goal (not the only one) to finish in the top half of the league. It’s truly incredible I’m saying this after last season.

I really hope Henry doesn’t cave to idiots and fire him after this season. I love Klopp and his system. He just needs some younger midfielders and a defender or two.
 
2 years in a row (Saturday before Easter) the early game is United/Everton. This time at trafford. Rooting for the meteor but I wouldn’t mind another 1-0 toffees win again.
 
And the Frank Lampard era returns with another shutout loss.
 
LFC could really use a draw from Villa/Newcastle in the early action.

2-2 would be delightful

Villa quite literally could have won this game 7-0. They missed 3 in the first half. like the first 20 minutes hit 2 posts and a cross bar. It was crazy how much Emery has them rolling.

Emery is an underrated coach. Look what he did to Bayern in UCL last year with Villareal. Completely shut them down. Villa in Europe now if season ended today.
