I wouldn't guess you are.

I'm just nuts about my diet (a Red Bull here or there notwithstanding), and my workouts are often and intense.

Lots of close grip seated rows and chin ups

Nice. A good super set are hanging close grip (palms in like a hammer curl) chin ups but instead hold yourself up there as long as you can (usually 20-25 sec) then do preacher curls (or straight bar curls if your gym doesn’t have preacher bars) soon as you drop. Do 3 sets of that back to back and your biceps will grow like weeds.
