2nd-At a house party in college. Me and my friend were ready to go, we were with guy across the hall, Todd, who was 21 and living in the college dorms. Anyways, Todd didn't want to leave, so we stayed. Cops came. Todd was 21, so they let him go. Me and my friend, we got minors. And what really pissed me off, we only had 2-3 busch lights, so we didn't even get our moneys worth. We walked out of the party, got into our car, and drove home. (I think I blew .04....still not legal to drive for us since we were under 21, but)

About 14 years ago I left a bar with my gf (future wife) on the night before TGiving and took a right at a red light that apparently had a no turn on right sign I didn’t see. Got lit up immediately. I had just sparked a fatty. Thought I was dead meat. The cop asked me if I saw that no turn sign. I told him I didn’t and he says “drive safe” and that was it.

To this day I’m positive he let me go because when I get pulled over I immediately roll all my windows down and put my hands on the wheel w my palms open.

He cut me a huge break. Make a cop feel comfortable approaching your car and it might work in your favor.

I've been pulled over and gotten off with warnings a lot in my life and I'm sure it has to do with exactly what you're talking about. I haven't rolled down the windows, but before the cop approaches my car, I put my wallet and insurance info on the dashboard and put both my hands on the steering wheel at 10 o'clock. Say "yes, officer," or "no, officer." Somehow they've never beaten, tazed or shot me. Must be because I'm white.

Different Todd

I would also add we were in a row house. Some people started going out a basement door, I thought, sweet, a way out. Turns out it was a just a door to the neighbors basement (why it's there, not locked no idea). Being sober, I was like,the cops are going to open door, I'm going back. Of course everyone was like no dude, no. So I stayed in a dark basement where I couldn't see, and drunk chick puked on me (when lights came on, not a pretty one either). Kind of hard to tell cop you weren't drinking when you have vomit all over you

we had house party about 2-3 weeks before I turned 21, despite a November birthday, all my other roommates were 21. Anyways, party got busted at around 11pm, it was my house so I was doing the talking. Officer looks at my ID, he said something like you've got be kidding me, you turn 21 in just few days.

I think only reason we didn't get tickets, 1. I cooperated right away. 2. There were only 2 of them, and a lot of us and overheard one go we'll be here all night if we issue tickets

It was a pimp and ho themed party (classy), so we got a lot of looks from police when people filed out

I was more jersey shore meathead themed

I cooperated and still didn't get away with it. Was just walking with a beer in my hand (pretty dumb quite honestly) on gameday. Had to do a bunch of classes and other shit to get it off my record.

Actually, I did once turn down sleeping with a girl. Kinda silly, but it was 100% because she was way past "somewhat" promiscuous. Knew way too many other dudes she'd banged, and wasn't comfortable hitting in that spot in the order, so to speak.

Wood have if she was a rando, though.

I was walking home... Walking. I used to cut through campus, and a bored campus cop picked me up.

Yeah, mine was a month before my 21st... So, right after the class I went out to a bar, because I was fucking 21.

Judge: " have you learned anything?"
Me: "be more responsible while drinking"
Judge: "maybe not drink?"
Me: " uh... Yeah"
