Fire Ryan Day and leave him in Dallas

If you want to fire him for being an embarrassing crybaby that can’t beat Michigan or any big game for that matter, fine.

But you can’t fire him for losing a non playoff bowl against the best Missouri team in a decade with zero opt outs while OSU had a bunch of key opt outs and down to their third string QB.

Held a full strength Missouri offense to 14 points and completely shut down one of the best receivers in the country for 3 quarters in a game that meant a lot more to Mizzou than it did to OSU

Ohio State lost more because of op outs and transfers than anything Day did.

people need to wipe the semen from their eyes and understand that this is where non-playoff bowl games are now. they don't fucking matter.

and quite frankly, we shouldn't be shocked if players start sitting out for playoff games in future. CFB is nothing more than the NFL's minor league system. always has been, but that fact has been augmented now due to the existence of NIL + the portal.

BS. The majority of Ohio St players played.....they had a couple hit the portal and Harrison, Jr was the ONLY opt out. They had some injuries....so did Mizzou. Starting LB Hopper and CB Rakestraw both were out last night. Our other top CB, Abrams-Draine played the 4th Qtr with a Separated Shoulder.

Ohio St can take the excuses and shove them. You had a roster full of Top 10 recruits....play better.

Complete pathetic gutless effort and coaching job

We’ve reached the John Cooper portion of the program where we get pantsed by Michigan and then fall on our face against some random SEC team in a 2nd rate bowl. Good riddance
He shouldn’t have gone after coach Lou like he did. He’s now cursed.

Just read a column that listed out for injury, opt outs and transfers.

Ohio State had 21, Missouri 11.

But, Missouri won the game. All that counts. No excuses.

Congrats.

At least you didn't outgain them by 200 fucking yards, hold them to 26 fucking rushing yards and have 6 turnovers:facepalm:
