Going to a team with no o-line and no receivers and no cap space. Interesting choice.

He has 8-10 years left.Going to a team with no o-line and no receivers and no cap space. Interesting choice.
I guess QB is taken care of, but I'm assuming it's gonna cost a lot of draft picks and the team has no cap space. It's gonna be a long rebuild. He has 8-10 years left.
He probably wants to be close to friends, fam (with the drama he going through) and still play football....
Quite the pessimist.I guess QB is taken care of, but I'm assuming it's gonna cost a lot of draft picks and the team has no cap space. It's gonna be a long rebuild.
They have no cap space? And I'm all for trading Matt Ryan. He's old and stiff and this lack of o-line is taking years off of his life, but it's kinda shitty to do it right after reworking his contract. Say what you will, but he's done nothing but right by the Falcons, especially considering the whole dog fighting scandal the last franchise QB did. It's a business and all that, but this is dirty pool IMO.
I'm not a pessimist anymore. I'm all in on UGA and the Braves going back to back. I'm a realist. It was an impressive coaching job by Arthur Smith IMO. That roster had no business winning more than 3 games. TE and CB are the only real areas of strength for this team.Quite the pessimist.
They went 7-10 with Ryan and Watson is better. In his prime.
They just reworked Ryan's contract and Jake Mathews' contract, and I guess Ryan's contract will be gone, but they'll need more. They have no cap space?
They should be able to rework contracts to get cap space.....like the Saints are doing this offseason.
Patterson gone?I'm not a pessimist anymore. I'm all in on UGA and the Braves going back to back. I'm a realist. It was an impressive coaching job by Arthur Smith IMO. That roster had no business winning more than 3 games. TE and CB are the only real areas of strength for this team.
Not sure. Think I saw him retweeting Falcon news earlier today though. Kind of a shame so much of his career was wasted before he found his true calling in the league though.Patterson gone?
Liked him when he was with the Raiders. Thought we shoulda used him more. Not sure. Think I saw him retweeting Falcon news earlier today though. Kind of a shame so much of his career was wasted before he found his true calling in the league though.
You want dumpster fire?Falcons went from a dog killer to Matt Ryan to a serial rapist
What a dumpster fire
yeah, the drama he created b/c he's a huge POS.He has 8-10 years left.

Hey now, Bill O'Buttchin is finally gone you'll hit on at least ONE of your team's six first round picks in the next three years (assuming they get three back in a trade).Yeah, can't wait for the Texans to get a boatload of first round picks so they can draft a bunch of guys whose only talent is being able to pass out the collection plates at church.
"I know he throws three INTs for every TD but did you see his perfect Sunday School Attendance record? He even has the certificate framed on his wall!"
