Friday Morning

The Accountant 2 wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. Glad I didn't pay for it in theaters... Granted I technically paid for it using Prime but still
 
checked in for our flight to Boston tomorrow. I don't think we will be there for 24 hrs...
 
Found out Wednesday night that the girls basketball team had a different team app. Took forever to get accepted on it. The new HS Coach (was the assistant last year) posted they weren't playing in summer league games this coming Monday. If parents didn't see the paperwork that came home, then they had no idea. Hell most with Dodger can't get their updated physicals in time & others are playing summer softball. I wanted to post that all these summer games should be shutdown & get in the weight room & on the court. All the sports should be working together.

Eh, those were some hard years when I played. In the 3 or 4 years of LL the team I was on won 1 game my 12 year old year. What happens though when you always have to scrounge for enough players. We played with 8 a lot which may have been an auto forefeit back then but still played for the hell of it. When I played Farm League, we had 2 teams and both were in semis, so we decided to put a LL team together. The other town in our school district built at the time a state of the art facility. We lost all of our studs to them and scraped to get enough for a team for ourselves. They were all in house and we played against some pretty good Ohio teams.

Sorry to hear that was your experience. In contrast, that makes me feel even more blessed for the experience I had. I grew up in the middle of nowhere so playing ball was really all we had. We had some pretty good teams and good coaching. I would have played everyday. So thankful for some great memories

Our baseball/softball association has a thing for the game tomorrow night and I'm trying to decide if I want to go.

I didn't know that. My main motivation was to see Bieber pitch but still a great way to spend an evening

Yep. I usually try to get to 2-3 games a year there.

I used to pay more attention to potential rehab starts, but I just don't anymore. I caught a Cliff Lee rehab start there ages ago. Honestly, between all the baseball and softball games my kids have, I don't spend much time with professional ball at all anymore.

I haven't watched a single Indians game yet this season. Crazy. I used to be rabid.

You are busy and pretty much wall-to-wall with kids activities. I get it. Mine are in their 20's so its been fun doing "adult" things with them. My daughter is working for the Ducks this summer for an internship so that was how I got these tickets. For my next trick I am going to guilt my son into buying me a beer and a dog tonight

Happening right now.

Grand wagoneer is in front of me at CVS. Plate says fitmom. So, you know I peek as well as I can cause you know.... and I think the driver ate the fit mom. Fitmom aint there. What gives license plate?
