My mom told my kids the story about how I once accidentally ripped the entire passenger door off of her Cadillac and now they realize I can’t ever really get mad at them for anything after I did that.

Morning.

Soccer games tomorrow, then we're going to a minor league game as a result of Ham winning her age group's hitting contest.
 
Grand's team got beat in flag last night. I missed his game as we had just 2 coaches for our tackle teams. Hopefully all our coaches can be at our games Saturday. Both of us on the road at different places.

We’ve got a road game tomorrow at 11 in tackle against a good unbeaten team (2-0 vs 2-0).

5 year old plays game 1 in flag on Sunday.

Trying to decide if I want to do a lawn bowling tournament tomorrow, it's ~3 hours long if we win which is a long time to lawn bowl

That is other hard part, I can't just drink beer all day


I am having dinner with family, I mean, I'd have a beer or two while playing, but really would have to nurse them

The tackle team we play beat our other team, so I'm not sure what to expect. I think our other team is more athletic than ours, but our team plays as a team better. Just hope we don't get blown out like week 2. We won weeks 1 & 3 where the game was never in doubt, but haven't dominated anyone yet.

Sometimes the most enjoyable dinners with family are when I show up already in the bag.

Yes, I use them frequently, but meeting my family ways out and

1. I don't want to show up drunk
2. Don't way to pay for uber to cross the metro and back on Saturday night

So I can just manage my beers
