Had to remind myself that I'm retired from coaching for now and that I will not coach flag football yet. Buck's coaches got embarrassed by the other team's coaches. It was hard to watch. I was hoping it was because of rules, but I found that to be wrong when the other team went zone and shut them down.

I bought a big pack of those at Costco about a year ago. Probably have two more years to go. I think my wife wears them out faster than I do.

All of this. Specific at least to the bachelor party this is her insecurity. She’s never going to be a great partner if this is so in the way.

Age and maturity gave me this finally….if I’ve done nothing egregious and it’s triggering then my partner has identified something they need to work on.

How to most effectively communicate that across….fuck if I know.
 
Anyway.... Made some za'atar salmon and bok choy last night for dinner. Bok Choy is always good. Took a shot on the salmon, and it turned out well.

If we are talking food, I foraged some Chicken of the Woods mushrooms last Sunday. Going to prepare them tonight and serve them with pasta in a white wine sauce. Probably some brussels sprouts on the side.

Want to go to the farmer's market on Sunday, so I need to use up the veggies I have from my Imperfect Foods box over the next couple days.
 
Going to the step kids school's HS football game in Ohio. Think Grand & Lil W will stay with my parents while we go. My alma mater plays in a big matchup of ranked teams in Indiana. My alma mater is ranked in the smallest class/division and the other team is ranked in the next class/division up. Step kids school is one of 2 OH schools bordering my alma mater and their opponent borders my alma mater's opponent. Hopefully we can sweep them!
