Man, if I was an FSU starter, I might jump off a cliff after seeing that.
They’re going to continue to struggle until they publicly admit that they didn’t belong in the playoff last year, apologize for failing to show up for the Georgia game and cease and desist all douchebaggery going forward.Imagine being in a world where winning your conference pretty well guarantees you a spot in the playoffs and you start off the season ranked 10th, but start the season 0-2 against two mid level at best conference opponents
QB for sure. They’d owe Norvell nearly 9 figures if they fired him nowWho's seat is hotter, FSU's:
1) Coach
2) QB
3) TE
Agree, but how many catches that would have changed the game did that TE drop?QB for sure. They’d owe Norvell nearly 9 figures if they fired him now
I didn’t watch. I have Direct, and I’m gonna wait until the weekend to do any free trial bullshit to watch gamesAgree, but how many catches that would have changed the game did that TE drop?

Yeah the coach is safe until at least mid-year and probably more than that with an 84mm buyout so Norvell is going to get desperate pretty soon and that QB will be yanked first and will probably fire the OC as well. The TE can at least block so he has a purpose.2) QB

Yeah, I will admit I was ready to say DJ is the problem for sure. But he had a ton of decent passes dropped.
Difference is we can afford the buyout.Norvell buyout would be $63M.. which is still cheaper than what aggy had to pay for Jimbo to walk away lol
No way FSU fires him.. one of the guys on surly was saying that they most likely force him to fire his bros that he hired as assistants and hire better coaches around him. That would be much cheaper than canning him along with that staff.
I'm just patiently waiting on 2 of their DT commitments to start popping up in Austin soon enough
just cause you can afford it doesn't mean it's your best move.. that's a $100M out the window on a coach you just re-signed. No idea what would happen if he pushed back on his assistants but I'm sure he's looking around wondering why on Gods green earth does he not have a more talented roster than this current one.. in year..5?
