Yeah Got had hardly any action until the later seasons. It wasn't until that battle of kings Landing or whatever it was called near the end of the second season where there was any action for really the first time in that show.

so right now it feels like any outside threats are out of the storyline so all that is really left is an implosion from within their family...and I think that starts with Aemond (the kid with one eye) seeking revenge for his lost eye on the bastard boys.

It's clear that Alicent's boys are fucked up in their own special way while Rhaenyra's boys are decent...their claim to the throne is very messy...

I think anyone bored would be someone that watched like the final season of GOT where it was nonsense battles thinking thats what these shows were.

You’ve just got to roll with the time jumps and not think too much about it. If they had recast every decade like the Crown then the audience would lose investment in some of the characters. I think they are doing well with what they have.

I probably would have a liked a full season per decade but per my understanding they are trying to stay true to the source material so they can only do so much.

The kids all aged up again in the last episode and it just didn’t bug me as much. I guess I’m getting used to it.

I don't mind the time jumps...it just doesn't look like they have aged Sir Criston much...but I am waiting for his big scene in the show. They introduced him as something and then it kind of went no where...there has to be more.

I think for me it’s that they threw new Alicent and Rhaenyra at us and at the same time here’s all these kids with all these names.

Now it’s just easy to peg to names and absorb them more grown, I guess.

But, yeah, kids were pretty annoying with everything else that needed to be absorbed.

Personally, I don’t really understand his motivations. He falls for Rhaenyra and when she proposes a compromise for how the world really is, he kills a guy who could be an ally for him and swaps sides to his beloved’s rival. It just doesn’t make sense. Total nonsensical heel turn.

I don't see him as a heel. Rhaenyra is the biggest heel of the main characters this far.

I’m not sure if his character just wasnt handled well in the show…..a victim of the fast moving plot and jumps perhaps.

I don't think I would consider him pompous...but I think he regrets how he was with the princess when she was a child. He broke his vows and now he just hates himself for it...and hates her as well.

I was wondering if it was Hightower...but I think if you have him there, you have to put Alicent on there as well since she is very aligned with what Otto wants.

now that Viserys is dead, there is going to be a lot of jocking to determine who gets to sit on the Iron Throne...

Viserys was the good guy...he had morals and lived a good life...basically the baby face of the show.
I don't think Alicent is the big bad here...she hasn't really done anything wrong but wants her sons to sit on the throne...but said Rhaenyra would make a wonderful queen...so does she mean that or is she going to make moves? (she's gonna make moves)

Daemon is the best character on the show & 2nd really ain't close.
