CHICKEN A LA CHINGADA #recipe

Big pot.
Layer bottom with sweet/yellow onion slices.
Halve 2 jalapeños longways and add them.
Add a third of a cilantro bunch, unchopped.
Add 5 chopped small red potatoes.
Add a can of hominy
Add a couple of garlic cloves.
Add one can of tomato sauce.
Add HEB Premarinated chicken thighs.
Cumin
Bl pepper
Squeeze in several limes.
Add water to level of chicken.
Top pot and cook until finished.
Warm up some tortillas and enjoy.
 
Appetizer:

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese (your choice), and chives in a bowl
Halve fresh jalapeños (leave as much membrane as your heat tolerance allows), stuff with cream cheese mixture
Wrap stuffed jalapeños with thick cut bacon, securing with toothpicks
Brush BBQ sauce over the top of each assembled jalapeño (Head Country works great)
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes
Eat
 
Nachos. No idea how they're made.
 
You pick them off of a nacho tree. You're welcome.
Whatever you do, don't eat wild grown corn dogs. They're awful, no matter how much mustard you put on em.
