Still 2.84 around here. Went to the old place yesterday and went thu Pineville. WMT gas in front of a WMT Neighborhood Market was 2.77. Circle K was 2.77 and 2.67 with the EZ Pay card. Don't have one of those.

Interesting... locally the gas prices have gone down here to around $3.55 (from $3.63 a week or so ago) after out for a drive this morning. Like you mentioned... ODD for the long Memorial Day weekend.
