I got 5 acres. The previous owner had a couple of horses. I tore close to a mile of fencing by my estimate. Did end up with 40 4" posts and approx 200 t-posts.

I think it's overrated....doesn't do it for me.

Basement had been really cold lately. Was looking around in the floor joists at one point this week while I was considering running ethernet cable into the office, and I noticed that somehow one of the ducts up into the kitchen had disconnected, and all the air was blowing into the basement. Managed to hook that back up, and the basement isn't as cold as it was. So that's nice.
