I somewhat agree. I can remember when a runner on third with one out was a guaranteed run, now the batter has better odds of striking out than hitting a sac fly.
I like seeing a guy hit 20 HRs and have 45 RBIs and 160 strike outs, hitting .240
And be considered a good player.
What’s the OBP? If the OBP is low, he wouldn’t be considered a good hitter
