Yea I was feeling oddly sore right before the big hit. Just thought it was working too much I know what to look for now. Just surprised me since I'm only 185 lbs but I'm guessing my dad's side must have some history of it or something because it doesn't run on my moms.


That and the occasional binge drinking prob didn't help lol

I just call my cousin’s spouses my cousin’s as well. No one cares if they are a cousin or a cousin’s spouse. Although you could just say my cousin’s husband.

but they aren't my cousins...they are from his first marriage that was not to my aunt.

I try to limit alcohol, I also know certain seafoods can be a trigger for me

That’s how I am with diverticulitis. First time I got it I almost needed to be hospitalized because I waited so long before going to the doc. Now I recognize the feeling almost immediately and just start myself on antibiotics and drink a ton of water to flush the system. But after the last time there was talk of having surgery to remove the problem area of my digestive system.

I actually had an ex that admitted later she had bad issues with colitis or something of that nature and that's why she wouldn't do anal
