Happy Tuesday

I'm in NW Austin

I'm about 20 minutes from Stubbs. Terry Blacks was also 20 minutes away. I seem to be 20-30 minutes away from everything though
You're about 10 minutes from the Domain, which is the new ritzy place for shopping and dining.

Many of the places on the north end are only a couple of years old.

Meh, we probably have a lot of the same places in MN

And I'm not a big into shopping. This weekend we're going to Waco

Next weekend my friend is in town, we're looking at going to texas vs Iowa state bball

following weekened we hit the road. It'll go fast

Are any Embers restaurants still in business in Minnesota?
I don't think so, I think the last one recently closed.

Family retired and sold the land/building but their sons might reopen a location, they haven't decided

neither do I

thanks for telling me where you stand though
Have you seen the movie, Ill? I highly recommend it, especially with the original subtitles.

I wondered about that as they had closed quite a few of them. I always thought their food was really good.

I mean, is it really different than Dennys, Perkins, etc

I always made it a point to eat at Rudy's when I still lived in Texas.

when does Mrs guy move it your mom's basement?
Some of it is my wife's booze.

Probably should throw a bunch of stuff out, though. There's this set of mixers that I'm pretty sure we got for a wedding gift.

It was better than either of them.
I know one by me was popular, but I think it was large part due to particular ownership group of that location that took pride in the biz

I'm sure varies a bit by location.

Only have about 30 big bottles, some of the stuff on that lower shelf on the left I can probably dump because I don't see myself ever drinking it.

The Ember- burger was always very good.
