I don’t think so. He’s undersized and while he can run, he’s not exactly Mike Vick either
Unfortunately for the Titans they haven't realized this yet.
To OP's question, I would say Dennis Dixon for his 2007 season, the first season with Chip Kelly as OC. Dixon was battling for starting time, even splitting offensive series in games before Chip arrived and made him the true starter. Dixon went on in 2007 to have what would have been a heisman winning season if not for an injury in Arizona.

Agree, that's my point. Short of winning the heisman, not sure how he can improve on this last year. Perhaps if he goes out and puts up stellar numbers, but just don't see his draft position improving from another season.
But, he didn't ask my opinion and I don't do this professionally.

Dude is free rolling. Nobody thought they’d even make the playoffs, they’re playing for a Super Bowl. Yeah, Aaron Donald and Von Miller might be too much to overcome, but I still give a good chance to win.

Not necessarily true. Reports had Burrow leading Haskins in the QB race before he went down with an injury that caused him to miss almost all of the offseason. Decision was then made to go with the younger Haskins who I'm sure they thought they would have had got more than one season.

It's LSU. Not only do we turn out championship winning coaches (the last three hires prior to Kelly won their first championship at LSU) we turn out NFL championship caliber players straight outta college within the 1st or second season.....

My concern would be for the long term. I think the Titans sacked him 9 times. Can't have your QB take those hits every week. Surely, that will be a major point of emphasis in the offseason for Cincy.
