To answer your question, I wish we had a consensus on a couple of thorny issues:

a.) does the doxxed poster have the right to overrule an automatic permaban for doxxing as in the case of Catlanta and dblwdwn?
b.) has the doxxer open himself to being doxxed?

a.) Only in the case that person doxxed feels strongly that the banning of the POS is only going to ramp up their efforts to affect their life.
b.) Absolutely

That is fraught with issues. It's basically carte blanche to doxxers as long as they really rattle their victim.

I get it. It should just be a universal rule. If you go after someone personally in real life, or their family/colleagues, you should be banned for life. They should know that its the consequence, period.

a) no. It’s your site. Unless you see there are mitigating circumstances, breaking one rule doesn’t forgive breaking another. Keep em banned.
b) yes, barring legal considerations. (@Thumper?) Or if the said fat loser is mentally ill.

I actually have a very good friend since childhood that looks identical to you if you need a double, only issue is that I think currently his hair is cut shorter. But you'd probably hafta drive his girls to soccer and deal with that bullshit :noidea: :laugh:
