Using that logic -- Illinois (I think) must have beat Ohio State during the COVID year, as OSU had to cancel the game because of it.
So it still stands -- OSU hasn't beaten Michigan since 2019 I think.

normally i agree. but when you lost because of correll's fumble but came back and beat that team again..... can we overlook that

Florida St went wire-to-wire #1 in 1999. Nebraska doesn't belong in the conversation and were rightfully eliminated.
