We had a USC fan back on the old Fannation site that went by Old Timer. @CorpRebel @Jon Deaux You guys remember him?
I remember him. Senile Old Fart was a more apt description. :dhd:

I thought Old Timer was a Baltimore Raven fan, or was that someone else? Who was the one that kept calling Lamar Jackson "8ball"?

He was pretty damn old. But I'm pretty sure he was a Seawhawk fan. Lived just outside Seattle IIRC.

We will look at her smiling face for awhile, then move down a little lower. She is very very "talented".

Ok, enuf of her smiling face

Teams I left off that seem to be haunting me now:

Arkansas- depth could be an issue but they might make some noise again this year if they can keep everyone healthy, I really like their QB/RB combo. SEC west is a grind too though so…. Heart of hearts I feel like I should have found a spot for the Hogs but… I could also see another downer type of year unfold for em too :noidea: Tough call.

Oklahoma- They CAN’T look that bad again this year too can they? Can they?!? They had close losses so there is something to be said about that and I’m sure they’d love nothing better than to wave goodbye to all of the Big12 members staying behind (and Texas) with one last Big12 title in hand and, that’s entirely possible in the Big12.
I wanted to give em the benefit of the doubt with a spot but Venables is gonna have to earn some trust.

Nebraska- Hard not to like the juice goin on with the Rhule hire, not saying a huge year or anything but God knows if he can turn HALF of those close loses into wins Nebraska should be a bowl team with a ranking this year.

South Carolina- They seem to finish strong last year and return ol no eyebrows Rattler this year. “Feels” like they may sneak around and have a rank worthy season this year but like Venables, Baby Beamer has to earn some trust.

UCF- Have to see about depth but I won’t be shocked to see em have some success this year in the Big12. Same with BYU.

Kentucky- if the QB spot transitions well they could be a good team this year.

NCState- ditto.

I updated the preview in OP. I will stop updating the TOTAL column until the final rankings are posted. It will only include the 10 votes that have been posted to now, but I will still put in votes , just won't be added into total until then.
