You mean that little date in the corner that tells you when it was last marked down?

Looked everywhere for fresh squid. May have to go 35-40 miles to get some. The smaller squids, not the bigger ones.

Basic bitch is convenience. Unless the convenient one is old and smelly and full of fucking hipsters. I don't get any toiletries or house products at the grocery store. All that shit is bulk at Costca.

All meats costco prime save for bacon and a few select at a local butcher.

They're bringing their dogs with them now, and they all aren't certified service animals. Last time I saw that I was in Baja California, Mexico, and a dog shit in one of the aisles near the vegetables. Unacceptable.

I mean, they are dumping their shit into the ocean in San Diego, I don’t know why you’re surprised

For all you Kroger people.

The second largest grocery chain in the US used the tactic in at least 14 stores across 14 states and Washington DC, the report by the Guardian US and Consumer Reports alleges.

'Secret shopper' tests at stores in March, April and May found more than 150 items labeled on shelf edges with outdated discounts that no longer applied at the register.

This produced an average 18 percent markup on the items found, according to the report.

This happens just about everywhere I shop. Don't trust the register to have accurate prices.

Yep. But never for personal gain.
What's the best, most sought after snack food that is probably flying under all of our radars? I tried the Girl Scout thinmint cookie balls last weekend. Yeah, that bag lasted all of about 24 hours in my house. Kid and wife destroyed it.

Tom Thumb where I shop just updated every tag to digital. So while I think the price is more accurate now, if there were something marked wrong.

Also, can't remember the last time I paid attention to what I was being rung up for unless it was something I only got because of a sale...like a buy one,get one ribs or something.

Costco did a good job replacing the Ore Ida crispy fries with their Kirkland lnockoffs. They are pretty good.

Any of your grocery stores have the robots running around scanning everything? The trashy chain here is the only place that has em

I look at only the sale items. The meat department in the Sam's store I shop at will sometimes hang a sign up that offers $5 or $10 off everything in a particular fridge but don't change the barcodes. More times than not the register keys up the discount at the end of the receipt. But maybe one out of four times, it doesn't. I don't take a $10 hit. I call one of the fat ladies over to make the adjustment. Then they waddle back to the meat department to verify the discount.
