Central California for winter where it doesn't snow really. It's also farm country and cheaper. Not having to deal with the big cities. I don't want to be in FL or TX in winter. Plus the 49ers & Warriors games aren't too far away.

Central Kansas for spring so I can be in Tornado Alley to experience it.

NE Michigan as the summers are cooler the farther north compared to here. Drivable but yet far enough away from here. I can make it a winter $ maker while not there to hunters and snowmobile riders.

No just researched what really fit my wants. I'm not a social person in person, so that's not a big deal to me.

Put my transit benefits on Craigslist to try and sell. Someone with the same phone number has responded with two different names.

Not selling to that guy, gonna get murdered for sure.
