threw my back out...sleeping...how ion the fuck did i do that? can barely walk, hunched over like an old man. tried doing pushups today, got 6 in before i collapsed to the floor. i normally do 60-80 in the am. i was going to stay home, but too much to do and i need to be here for it. fuck this week.

Add a solid stretching routine and more core exercises to your workouts.

Weather and sports played quite a big factor in my decisions. Central KS in the spring could let me visit Lincoln NE, Manhattan KS, Tulsa, OK, Wichita, KS, and Austin TX as well as others to check out places. Also gives a good storm chasing area too.
