"how is it the first Monday in November?" morning thread

Stretching and doing core exercises is NOT gay, and I will fuck any dude who says otherwise!
Actually I agree with you. Over the last year I have had to embrace not being young and spry. A few nagging injuries and I have started to focus on stretching and yoga

I used to get lower back pain somewhat regularly, and occasionally, something would get really fucked up. Started regular stretching and hammering my core during workouts, and I can't remember the last time I had back pain. It'll feel tight from time-to-time, but typically if I stretch my hamstrings out real good, my back loosens up.

I should stretch more/better, but so far I just need to stretch real well before deadlifts. Otherwise, my back really feels it.

Went up to Grand Forks and found a curling bar.

Now I just need to find somewhere with fucking plates and collars...

Speaking of curling. Apparently SA's manager is one of the head guys for the curling club in Columbus. The beginner sessions always book up real quick, so maybe he can get us on the ice sometime.

Reactions: Me
I bought an under counter fridge months ago to turn into a built in keg fridge (a long term goal i had for my home brews). The first company sent me the wrong fridge and was too wrapped up with the craziness to ever send for it. Unfortunately it wouldn't work at all because it had a freezer on top that I couldn't drill through. I found the right one through another company for a little cheaper so I essentially got paid about $15 for my new fridge.
My keezer shit the bed in the spring. Compressor wouldn't kick on. It was a 30-year old appliance at that point. I was planning on just buying either a new freezer or finding a secondhand one, but the COVID situation priced those out for me. I got a two-keg fridge only, bought a tower to put on it, and used the CO2 tank and regulators I already had.

Good morning good people. What a week we have coming up. It will be historic. Weather seems nice and I'm raring to go.

I got my Ohio State masks in yesterday. They were delivered to the wrong address, but somebody's son returned it to me. Red hat, red mask and Black shirt and it's a killer. The Bucks looked pretty good on Saturday and we have Rutgers coming up. Looks great.

Wife has had a few problems over the weekend, so lots of nurses here.

Thought for the Day: You know you're fucking drunk, when you sit down on the toilet and try to put your seat belt on.

CO2 was my biggest issue. The closest place to get it is a three hour drive away. There is a place that will do the transport for you here but it took six weeks to get back here. THEN I accidentally drained the entire tank in two days without accomplishing anything.
