I mean, the weather is decent, baseball is starting up, good fishing weather, but man pollen kicks my ass every year.

Wake up every morning with a stuffed up nose, a sore throat and a headache.

Is there a way to make my sinuses stop being such pussies in the Spring?

Rub some dirt on em

Prescription strength allergy medicine.

I'm lucky that I don't have this issue. I live with one that does though.
I don’t go to the doctor, so no prescriptions
And I was wondering where you landed here. Try locally produced honey. Not store bought, but at some farmers stand where you know the bee's have been getting to local weeds and flowers in your area. They are producing honey from the same flowers that are giving you fits and the honey will help kick start your immune system in protecting you.

So I hear.

Summer is the only good season. Give me triple digits.

Allegra in the morning, Flonase before bed. Both available at a grocery store or pharmacy.

Edit: generics work fine, too. Fexofenadine is the generic name for Allegra, fluticasone is Flonase. Haven't really seen generics for fluticasone, though.

Also, sounds really weird, but when I had a real bad sinus infection, the doctor prescribed Robitussin, because apparently it helps get mucus moving just about anywhere. Or he was a big Chris Rock fan.

Why not? askeered of the doctor?
I just don’t go unless I’m in incapacitating pain. Been twice in my adult life other than DOT physicals. Both were for ear infections. Once I was pretty sure I was dying, but knew there was no way to get to the doctor without shitting myself, so I said I’m either gonna get over this or I’m gonna lay here and die. I got over it after about a weak

kind of stupid, honestly. you should get regular check-ups.

meh...he's in his twenties if I recall correctly. I don't know if I saw a doctor in my 20's.

They have nurses come and check on us once a year at work. I’m the biggest ill ass in my family, but I’m the only male that has good blood pressure
