I turned 30 earlier this monthmeh...he's in his twenties if I recall correctly. I don't know if I saw a doctor in my 20's.

I hardly ever went to the doctor growing up. We didn't have insurance so if you needed to go, you had to have the cash to pay the practice. Didn't really start going regularly until I got employer-provided insurance in my mid-20's.meh...he's in his twenties if I recall correctly. I don't know if I saw a doctor in my 20's.

I don’t go to the doctor, so no prescriptions
Mine have gotten worse as I aged. Didn't really start until I was about 18. Now I'll take an OTC tab when they're really bad. It hasn't started up here yet but I know it's coming.Just get some daily use over-the-counter allergy pills. I use them in the spring and fall because my seasonal allergies suck.
I get these ones and they work pretty well.

They have nurses come and check on us once a year at work. I’m the biggest ill ass in my family, but I’m the only male that has good blood pressure
Why you bein all oppressive, man!?well, that's good. but if high blood pressure is a thing with the other males in your family, most likely it's only a matter of time before you join them, so i'd be cognizant of that if i were you. same thing with cholesterol. i'm not saying you should be a full-blown hypochondriac looking to take a bunch of maintenance meds, but it's good to get an assessment of your health from a professional from time to time. i suppose if they bring nurses around your place of employment, that's pretty good, too.
This is the right info. No need for a doctor. I go with Flonase and Claritin during spring. Flonase daily, Claritin as needed. But, when it is needed it’s just one pill for the day.Allegra in the morning, Flonase before bed. Both available at a grocery store or pharmacy.
Edit: generics work fine, too. Fexofenadine is the generic name for Allegra, fluticasone is Flonase. Haven't really seen generics for fluticasone, though.
Also, sounds really weird, but when I had a real bad sinus infection, the doctor prescribed Robitussin, because apparently it helps get mucus moving just about anywhere. Or he was a big Chris Rock fan.

Even now, I don't go for well visits every year. Just go when I have some kind of flare up issue
I had pretty extensive sinus surgery 5 years ago after dealing with bad allergies for over 40 years. 3 &1/2 hours of surgery left me with one big sinus cavity instead of the multiple chambers that get clogged up far easier and with a once a day prescription strength (singulair) life is so much better. I still get some allergy related issues and tend to blow my nose about 10 times in a row each morning when I get up, but I can smell better, breath through my nose better and could snort the 50 yard line on a football field if I was into that.I don’t go to the doctor, so no prescriptions

I’ll look into that. Musinex used to work great, but it doesn’t seem to do the trick anymore. It would probably help if I remembered to take something before I go to bed, but I get to drinking and forget and spend the first two hours after getting out of bed blowing out snotJust get some daily use over-the-counter allergy pills. I mean, the weather is decent, baseball is starting up, good fishing weather, but man pollen kicks my ass every year.
Wake up every morning with a stuffed up nose, a sore throat and a headache.
Is there a way to make my sinuses stop being such pussies in the Spring?
Well... My ONLY medical issues are my sinuses and that is a year-round issue for me. Season's don't matter in my case.I mean, the weather is decent, baseball is starting up, good fishing weather, but man pollen kicks my ass every year.

It’s just springtime for me. Might have some mild allergies in the Fall, but it’s not even worth taking a pill for, but the spring pollen always fucks me upWell... My ONLY medical issues are my sinuses and that is a year-round issue for me. Season's don't matter in my case.
Good Luck!![]()
