I call bullshit. No one is pissed at a biker for no reason. If they are pissed it is because the biker did something, like blowing through a stop sign/light or lane splitting and getting back in front of them.

If there are fucking bike trails and the motherfucker is on main road from 6:30am to 9:30am or 4:00pm to 6:00pm then you should be able to shoot them and it be justified homicide with no criminal charge.

The thing I'm most amazed by now are all the e-bikes. I see these people out now on the roads without helmets and zipping along at the speed limit (or above in some cases) on "bicycles". But they aren't pedaling at all. These are just electric mopeds, and I assume it is just a matter of time before they are forced to have lights and plates like the old mopeds did. Those people all have a death wish, running 45 mph on roads without a helmet/signal/lights.

Very few car drivers go out of their way to screw with bikers. Almost every biker goes out of their way to ignore street laws that they find inconvenient and then cry "sHaRe ThE rOaD!!!!" when someone gets within a quarter mile of them.

Given that I am a cyclist who rides with other cyclists, the overwhelming majority of us obey traffic laws and ride defensively in traffic. Motorists fail to follow traffic laws far more frequently than any cyclist and all too frequently fail to give cyclists the three feet that the laws require, pull in front of cyclists, and pass cyclists aggressively to pull in front of them, then brake hard to make a turn, forcing the cyclists to react to avoid collision.

You keep riding your bike and following all the same laws that I do while in my car and there are no issues. Could it still mean you are hit by a car? Sure, just as it means I can be hit by a car while in one. Roads are dangerous.

Having jackasses that feel some laws don't apply to them because they "aren't a threat to cars" is why cyclists are almost universally hated on the roads.

Jackasses in motor vehicles outnumber any jackass cyclists by an exponential factor. You need to acknowledge and deal with your own prejudices born from the inconvenience you feel when sharing the road with cyclists.
